Greetings! My name is Carolyn I am offering regularly scheduled tours with a narrative and perspective not customarily included in traditional tours. My mission is to take you on an eye-opening journey, an experience, that enlightens and entertains. I share a Memphis you can feel! Together we will explore the influences and contributions made by African Americans in the development of this great city. You will be engaged not just by the sites we cover but the lesser known stories woven in between those historical sites. For over 25 years I have researched, developed tour routes, written scripts in Washington DC, Savannah, GA, Philadelphia, PA and Memphis, TN. I love the Hospitality Industry! It has given me the opportunity to meet some amazing people from around the world. Giving a tour to Oprah Winfrey and some members of her audience was one of many highlights.
