Born and raised in Hawaii with a business degree from the University of Hawaii, I have lived on Kauai for over 30 years and have an extensive background in local history, business, real estate and politics. I can tell you how much it costs to live in Hawaii and what it is really like to live here. I'll tell you about the features that are unique to Kauai due to the fact that Kauai is the oldest of the major Hawaiian islands. Learn about how the Hawaiian people had no concept of private property ownership prior to the arrival of westerners and how it impacts real estate ownership to this day. It was beautiful weather and we were able to go and see everything on his list. He knew all the perfect picture taking spots as well. He has a very comfortable car for touring as well.
