Hey Everyone! My name is Matthew and I Hail from the beautiful Paradise island of St kitts and Nevis. I spent half of my life on our sister island Nevis and now I reside in St kitts.

My Motto in life is: "when tasked with doing something, do it to the best of your ability'. I am truly privileged to live in "Sweet Sugar" city, which got its name from its past dealing with sugar, even though we currently don't produce sugar anymore. Regardless, our people have the sweetness of sugar embedded in our DNA!

About Me:

I have over a decade of Experience in the Tourism / Hospitality industry, I am a fully certified licensed taxi and tour operator, and I am a very passionate Individual showing people our beautiful paradise island.

On a more personal note, I am happily married with two kids. I have always enjoyed experiencing people and things from different cultural backgrounds, only to find out that we all have some many things in common, even though we might separated by bodies of water.

I would also like to add that most of family are tour guides so I definitely have it in my blood.

This full island adventure takes you on a guided experience of our beautiful paradise island, St Christopher / St Kitts. Starting in our historic capital city of Basseterre, you'll experience its vastly rich history in places like the independence Square, our war memorial, the Berkley memorial too, as well as various churches.

After covering the main landmarks of Basseterre, we will venture westward making stops at bloody point, the Kalinago rock drawings and the old sugar plantation's ruins. Don't miss out on the experience of driving through the rain forest, and enjoying the luscious botanical gardens at Romney Manor / Caribelle Batik.

Be ready to explore a UNESCO World Heritage Site: Brimstone Hill fortress National Park, after which we'd head onto Black Rock, where you'll get to experience the results of the eruptions from our volcanic Mount Liamuiga.

Our adventure would conclude at Timothy Hill, with astonishing viewpoints of both the Caribbean sea and the Atlantic Ocean.

Saint Kitts - Full Island Adventure Tour

This adventure starts in our historic capital city, Basseterre, and takes you around it, visiting places such as the Berkley memorial and various historic churches, plus our independence square and our war memorial (veteran memorial).

We'd also enjoy a beautiful view of the city making a stop at palms Court Gardens, which is also a panoramic viewpoint of our South East peninsula and our sister Island Nevis, which will be visible in the background.

Venturing west, upon exiting Basseterre we'd encounter a picturesque moment where you could capture the nesting area of white egrets, which is always a sight to see.

We'd visit a headland too, called "bloody point", and then see the Kalinago people's rock drawings. Our tour would also lead to the ruins of the Old Sugar Plantation, where we'd visit the Romney Manor, home of Maurice Widdowson's Caribelle Batik.

We'd also visit a UNESCO Natural Heritage Site: Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park, where you'd learn about the rich history of the eponimous fortress.

Saint Kitts - Half Island Adventure Tour

Experience the rich historic highlights of our capital city: Basseterre, which means "low ground", a name we got from the French who came to our island in 1625, a year before the British did. We became independent from Great Britain in 1983, when we renamed our current Independence Square, which used to be a slave market.

In this square there's a beautiful 19th century fountain, and on its eastern side, the French design Catholic Church is located, built in the early 1900s. An older church, dating back to the early 1700s and rebuilt a century later, is St George's Anglican Church, which had been destroyed by a fire. We'll attest to the presence of the British further along the tour, visiting a war memorial with a monument honoring fallen soldiers who fought alongside them in the 1st and 2nd World Wars.

We'll also enjoy a drink next to an infinity pool at the Palm Court Garden's lookout point, before heading to the nesting of white egrets: a special açaí tree, with thorns that protect them against rodents.
