My family has lived in Czech Republic for a lot of generations - mom comes from a farmer's family who lost their land because of communists and my dad's father was a member of Communist party… The history is not just black and white :-) . With me you don't stay just on the surface of Czech culture, we go deeply into the topics you have interest in to have real Czech experience. I'm Czech with a professional guiding licence (the highest level of a National guide in Czechia plus Prague Jewish Town licence) speaking English and German. I studied International trade and Tourism at the University of Economics in Prague and finished with a Master's Degree. With flexible tailor-made tours I'm able to wisely use your precious time on your vacation to see in short time all sights you are interested in giving you local recommendations to avoid tourist traps and mistakes. I love traveling, Prague, trips outside Prague, hiking, cycling, WWII, movies, theology and broadening my perspectives through getting to know new people.     Prior to booking, I saw all of his rave reviews and thought it would be hard to live up to that, but he somehow managed! Michal was the best tour guide we've had. What was particularly impressive is how he navigated our multi gen group. He was excellent in keeping our young kiddo in the conversation and sharing history at an age appropriate level, and he did equally well...

    Michal is such a calm, easy to be with guide who speaks excellent English and loves to share the history of his city. His knowledge comes from his heart and his experience not a memorized script that is rattled off. By the end, we found ourselves lucky to have had him as our guide and we were inviting him and his family to come visit if ever in California.
