Overview of your Prague tour

A must-see day trip from Prague takes you back to medieval times of the Bohemia Kingdom in today's Czech countryside, to a picturesque town called Cesky Krumlov. It is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe and my favorite vacation area :-). You visit a 700 years old castle (admission included), seat of aristocrats and the 2nd largest castle complex in Czechia. On a walking tour of the amazingly preserved Old Town you will get to know the mysterious history of this place full of individual stories. After that we will enjoy yummy Czech food tasting (samples of 3 meals) with local beer in one of the taverns (lunch included). Besides Cesky Krumlov there are optional stops on the way to Cesky Krumlov - original Budweiser Budvar brewery in Ceske Budejovice, magical Hluboka chateau, city Pisek or Konopiste castle on the way.

Don’t let the small number of reviews deter you from selecting Michal! If you are seeking a fantastic, personable local guide/driver, look no further! Michal is your source! The communication leading up to our trip was thorough and timely. He created a super agenda for us to get from Vienna to Prague, with a stop at Český Krumlov, and even an added stop at the original Budweiser Budvar factory for a tasting! He met us promptly at our hotel at an agreed-upon time and swept us away in s super clean, extremely comfortable Mercedes van. The following day, he took us on a walking tour of the highlights of Prague and immersed us in his love of the wonderful city, giving us history, highlights, and even superb places to dine!

Outstanding tour and guide, Michal. Very punctual and he kept the entire day interesting and informative. Couldn't believe the day was over. His vehicle and driving was the best. Can't think of anything negative. Plenty of time to explore Cesky Krumlov and have a leisurely lunch. Michal's choice of restaurant and stops were excellent. Very good examples of the character of the town. Michal also had some interesting twists to the tour which showed parts of the town not on normal tourist trail.

We did the day trip to Cesky Krumlov with Michal.Given the driving distance travellers want a reliable comfortable van and safe driver.Michal provided both plus he was an excellent conversationalist.Michal is very knowledgeable and passionate about Cesky Krumlov ,Prague and the Czech Republic as a whole.He accommodated all our requests enthusiastically which included numerous photographs of us,which he is very competent at.HE ALSO PROVIDED LUNCH AND PAID FOR ADMISSIONS.Highly recommended

After enjoying our walking tour of Prague with Michal, we engaged him again for our day trip to Cesky Krumlov. It was another fabulous day! Michal filled us with tons of background information on the castle & the town on our drive there and on the return, as well as answering random questions that we asked. Cesky Krumlov is a beautiful town: great castle tour, great food & great shopping. Michal is a fabulous guide, always making us feel welcome & comfortable.
