He has been in the travel business for 15 years and is also the author of a coffee table book titled "How to live like a Crazy Rich Asian" published by Skyhorse Publishing from New York. Phil was personable and knowledgable! The tour was very informative and a lot of fun. If you want to know about the lives of Rich Singaporeans, this is tour for you. Phil drive us all over...out and away from the usual tourist spots so you'll get a different perspective of the country.
We loved Phil’s tour! Why? Well first off we first booked his tour 5 years ago but was unable to come to Singapore. Phil remembered and gave us a very thorough and personalized tour. He gave us options “on the fly”that were terrific, loved the stop in Dempsey Hill! Seeing the fabulous and way-out homes was a kick. But we especially appreciated his historical knowledge that gave us a better insight on Singapore and how it developed and moves into the future. Appreciated, also, his insight into the socioeconomics of this beautiful country. Don’t miss it.
After disembarking from an 11-day cruise, our group of four had less that 48 hours in Singapore. Phil's perfectly curated "Crazy Rich Asians" tour helped us make the most of it and I can truly say it is now one of my best travel memories ever. Besides hitting all the hot spots from the movie, Phil showed us parts of Singapore that are normally not easily accessible to tourists. He is funny, accommodating, personable and super knowledgeable. He was in touch with us several times before our tour to confirm pick up time and location, and followed up afterwards with several detailed recommendations on restaurants, bars and other activities, which were all spot on. Even if you aren't a "Crazy Rich Asians" junkie, you will still love this tour, and you will probably become a convert! Thank you, Phil!
