Dear traveler and my potential customer! My name is Pavel, I am a licensed professional guide for last 20 years. I am one of a few local guides born and raised in this beautifull town - Prague. I am 47 years old and remember the previous communist dictatorship régime that so negatively influenced the late history of our country. "Architectural treasure and peculiar bone shrine" Local rich silver mines let the Kutna Hora town grow into Bohemia's second most important city in medieval times. Walking along the old streets we can visit: the Italian Court - the former coin mint and temporary seat of Czech kings in the 15th century, the imposing gothic Cathedral of St Barbara. We will also visit the Ossuary in Sedlec a church decorated with human bones.
We had a really nice tour. Pavel was an excellent guide. He has extensive knowledge and shares it in a very natural way. He was very friendly and attentive with our group. Kutna Hora was a very nice place to visit, less busy than the city and with impressive sites and views. We really recommend this tour!
Already posted a review for Pavel for the three days we spent with him. This tour took us to Kutna Hora and hours drive East of Prague. Very worthwhile trip. Pavel knows everything historical about the place, we had a perfect day. He took us to a traditional non tourist restaurant that was really good! He uses a comfortable Mercedes van. Speaks perfect English. You can't hire a better guy for your guide.
Pavel is a wonderful guide and his grasp of history, events and dates is most impressive. Great pace for the day which is necessary since there is so much history to absorb. When we return to Prague we would plan to enlist Pavel as our guide. Richard and Anna Jackson
Fantastic tour guide. Pavel was extremely knowledgeable about Kutna Hora and we even went to a local restaurant for lunch. His car/van was extremely comfortable and easy to get in and out of. I would book with him again!
