In this trip you will discover the treasures and the rich history of the city of Jericho with the oldest settlement in the world (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and drive with the cable car to the Mount of Temptation and visit the orthodox monastery, that is built on the mountain slope. Visit the 8th century Umayyad Hisham's Palace with the biggest mosaic carpet in the world and visit the Jordan River with the Baptism Site of Jesus Christ. Explore the Shrine of Nabi Musa in the middle of the Jerusalem desert.

Your Bethlehem tour itinerary

- After meeting we will drive to Jericho, shortly before reaching Jericho we will turn right and drive 1 km. to Maqam an-Nabi Musa, a beautiful Islamic shrine from the medieval period (Nabi Musa is the Arabic name for the Prophet Moses). - Afterwards we will drive to the Jordan River and visit the Baptism Site of Jesus. - Later we will drive to Jericho and ride the cable car to the Mount of Temptation. - We will have a lunch break. - Then we will visit Tell as-Sultan (Ancient Jericho) and Elisha Spring. - Later we will visit Hisham's Palace and then drive through the city and visit the old sycamore tree, remembering the story of Jesus with Zacchaeus, that is connected with it. - End of the Tour, drive back to Bethlehem Please note this tour can be customized, including for up to 6 persons.
