In this tour you will hike through the beautiful valleys of Bethlehem, a 5km easy to moderate hike. You will visit the Village of Battir (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) with it's 5000 years old Terraces and the 2000 years old roman irrigation system. This is one of my favorite hikes in Palestine and it is popular with tourists who are seeking relaxing nature activities. Other highlights of the tour include; Visiting and exploring Herodium the Fortress of King Herod the Great, overlooking the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem and the Dead Sea in the Jordan Valley. Visiting the 4000 years old city of Bethlehem and the Church of the Nativity (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and walking through the old city.
