Ramzi was fantastic. Even though he came a distance to pick us up thru heavier than normal traffic, he arrived on the dot. He is extremely knowledgeable and we came away enriched with a new appreciation for the area and the situation. With the full day tour we had lunch (let me say it was a meal that could have lasted us a good long time) with his parents in Bethlehem. They were delightful, extremely welcoming and put out a most exquisite spread - the best meal we had in the area. We highly recommend!

Ramzi arranged a taxi to meet him in the border. The tour had a fantastic start. It's very relax, extremely good and very flexible. He is knowledgeable in describing every sites that we visited.
