You will learn and realize what makes Hebron so significant in the history of the holy land and how it became a religious center and better understand the complexity of the current situation through the presence of the Israeli settler in the old city. Explore Solomon's Pools and the Village of Artas with its beautiful Convent of Hortus Conclusus and find out why this beautiful convent was build in this Village. Visit the beautiful city of Bethlehem with the Church of the Nativity the oldest church in the holy land(UNESCO World Heritage Site) and walk in the old city. Visit the Israeli wall with Banksy's graffiti on it and learn about its impact on the Palestinian population.
- We will drive to Hebron (approx. 25 min), visit the Ibrahimi mosque, walk in the old city and learn about the current situation of the old city. - We will visit Mamre (the dwelling-place of Abraham in Hebron). - Next an optional visit to a glassblowing factory. - Drive back to Bethlehem, we will stop for a while by Solomon's pools, which provided Jerusalem with water for more than 2000 years and then drive 1 km to the Village of Artas and visit the convent and the water spring. - Afterwards we will drive to Bethlehem and have a lunch break. - Then visit the Church of the Nativity, St. Catherine church with St Jerome Cave and the pilgrimage Route in the old city. - You can also visit an Olive Wood Factory (optional). - Finally we will walk along the Israeli Separation Wall and see the Graffitis of Banksy. - End of Tour. This tour can be customized upon your request. The number of travelers can be customized for up to 6 persons.
