We spent a wonderful 3 hours with Bruce and then, took him to lunch! Although he wasn’t born in San Antonio, he has made it his home and is thoroughly versed in its history. From the beautiful cathedral, to the Alamo, to the amazing, beautiful River Walk and numerous sights in between , we enjoyed every minute. Bruce is an excellent, engaging guide and we highly recommend his services.

Bruce was an excellent tour guide! He was very accomodating since our tour was during the Great Freeze of 2026 - made sure we weren't too cold and routed us into various hotel lobbies to warm up. Our group of 4 appreciated his knowledge of San Antonio including the Unusual and Cool secrets. Bruce provided a list of restaurants and other San Antonio highlights prior to our tour which was very helpful and provided guidance to us during our first visit to this fun city. We will begin near the Texas flag on Alamo Plaza in front of the Alamo, sometimes called the Alamo Church. There are lots of discoveries to be made on the plaza and opportunities for photos. From Alamo Plaza, we will meander by La Villita and then a lovely, quiet corner of the San Antonio Riverwalk. Our comfortable walking tour will meander both indoors and outdoors. We will travel across multiple surfaces, including stone, concrete, and some slightly uneven surfaces; however, the route is fully accessible for persons that are mobility impaired. Along the way there will be opportunities for refreshments and restroom breaks.
