Overview of your Aberdeen tour
Scotland is proudly home to the world's finest Whisky, and I offer a private tour to the best distilleries with door to door pick up/drop off. This is a private tour for your party only. We normally visit 3 depending on opening times, length of tasting tour, pick up location and availability. Distilleries are part of Scottish heritage and culture, and you will learn the secrets of how the famous drink is crafted and have the opportunity to sample the beautiful offerings. I can recommend which distilleries to visit if you wish and you know you can sit back and relax and let me do the driving, knowing that everything has been organized for you. Some of the most popular are Macallan, Glenfiddich, Glenlivet, Aberlour, Glenfarclas, Ballindalloch and Glenallachie, but you can choose, if a certain Whisky is your passion. Please note the actual guided tasting distillery tours require separate payment (invoice via PayPal + PayPal Fees).

Malcolm provided a great day for the six of us getting from Aberdeen to Speyside and back. Don’t discount Glenfidich as a mass market distillery. It was a fantastic location and tour. The tastings were great. Malcolm walked us around Balvenie castle beforehand. Very interesting. Lunch at Mash Tun was great. Dunnattar Castle is very unique and must not be missed. Take Malcolm’s advice and include it on your tour. It was a long day, but Malcolm was an expert guide and driver. We’ll book him again when we return.

This Whisky Tour was awesome. Malcolm is knowledgeable about the area and Scottish history. His vehicle is roomy and made for a comfortable ride. We went to a few distilleries, a great lunch spot and a couple of castles. It was a very enjoyable day. I would highly recommend hiring Malcolm for your tour. You won’t be disappointed.

Tour itinerary depends on the pick-up point and chosen itinerary. Door to door pick up/drop off. Itinerary suggestion: - The Glenfiddich Distillery (Centuries-old tradition and the warmest of welcomes). - The Glenallachie Distillery (Award winning and highly revered, Tours and or tastings available) - The Mash Tun or similar (Enjoy a superb Scottish lunch) - The Glenlivet Distillery (The oldest legal distillery in the Highlands) - Dunnottar Castle (Option instead of distillery to visit one of Scotland's most impressive Castles) All tours can be tailored to suit and feel free to select your own distillery. Distilleries are all subject to seasonal open times. Early booking recommended. Some distilleries allow children on their internal tasting tours, but you must be over 18 to drink alcohol.
