Salamanca is a FANTASTIC city and Alexia was a FANTASTIC guide! We learned so much in the two (plus!) hours we spent with her! She was punctual, friendly, totally fluent in English, willing to answer our (many!) questions, down to earth, and full of information. We had an incredible private tour in Salamanca with A. as our guide! She met us right at our hotel, which made the experience so convenient from the start. What really stood out was her willingness to adjust the tour to accommodate an elderly member of our family, ensuring the pace was comfortable for everyone. Her knowledge and passion for Salamanca’s history, particularly the University, were evident in every explanation she gave. She was incredibly patient and thorough, answering all of our questions with care and making the stories come alive. Her insights added so much depth to what we saw, and every member of our family felt they walked away having learned a great deal. Alexia was a fantastic guide and made our visit to Salamanca really special. We had a lot of questions about language and culture, and she is language and history expert, so it was a perfect fit for us. Also, my mom has trouble walking far or fast, and Alexia adapted our tour to make it as easy as possible for her. We highly recommend Alexia -- she is excellent!
