Overview of your Trujillo tour
"El Brujo" Archeological Complex is one of the most famous shamanic ceremonial centers in northern Peru. Even today the shamans gather in this place to practice their ceremonies. Moche civilization inhabited this site from the 1st to the 8th century and in these temples, we will see wonderfully painted reliefs with the Moche Iconography. Be amazed by the Museum of Cao, which houses the mummy of a woman ruler, discovered in 2006, so well preserved that still today we can see her tattoos. We continue our tour in Huanchaco which is one of the few places in Peru where people still fish with their ancestral fishing boats called "Caballito de Totora". We will have the opportunity to see how fishermen use them. Please let me know if you have any special requests in order to adjust the schedule according to your needs.
