Overview of your Trujillo tour

This program is a complete experience, that includes a visit to the highlights in the two important cities of Trujillo and Chiclayo. A great opportunity to discover the remains of ancient pre-incas civilizations like the Noche and Chimú kingdoms. A unique experience to visit archaeological sites, colonial cities, and amazing museums!!

Your Trujillo tour itinerary

In this program, I offer a classic visit to Trujillo City (Moche Valley) and Chiclayo City (Lambayeque Valley). This visit gives the chance to discover old civilizations still in progress to learn more about pre-Incas people. It includes the well-known archaeological site CHANCHAN capital city of the Chimu dynasty and also a World Heritage site, THE SUN &MOOON PYRAMIDS remains of the Moche civilization as well as the EL BRUJO site where the tatooded mummy was found. In the Lambayeque Valley- CHICLAYO CITY we visit several sites and museums like TUCUME, a site extensively investigated by Peruvian archeologists and the famed Norwegian explorer Thor Heyerdal. NATIONAL MUSEUM OF BRUNING, and an excellent collection of pottery and gold objects collected by the German Henrich Bruning in 1889. SIPAN is a site of mud bricks pyramid that made world headlines in 1987 with one of the most sensational finds like the fabulous Tomb of the Lord of Sipan. We finish our program with the visit of THE LORD OF SIPAN MUSEUM this
