Pilgrim Fathers in Leiden, INDOOR Live virtual tour by art historian and TBL's no 1 guide in the Netherlands

During a 1 hour virtual tour I will show you important monuments and sites related to the Pilgrim Fathers, who lived in Leiden from 1609 to 1620. In 1620 they went onboard of the famous Mayflower, heading to what's now the USA. In a power point presentation made by me personally, and using live video conferencing software from my home, I'll point out places like: - the Town Hall (where some pilgrims got married) - the remains of the Church of Our Lady - the William Brewster Alley, St. Peters Church - the Pesijnshof (where John Robinson used to live) - the steps down the canal where the Pilgrims embarked - the Adriaensz. van der Werff monument - and more. I'll also tell you about the American Pilgrim Museum, started by Professor Jeremy Bangs (from Oregon), in a house built in 1370 with rooms that recall Pilgrim times. Really old!
