I research traditional techniques of Aztec medicine and its transformation through the history of Mexico. As part of my specialization, I have been studying the Aztec culture, cosmovision and the colonial & viceregal history of Mexico & Puebla. Nahuatl is a very poetic language! I can also offer a gastronomic discovery to experience the flavours of the poblana cuisine which has been an Intangible World Heritage since 2010 (UNESCO). I will you make experience these unique and sophisticated flavours with a mixture of pre-Hispanic and European ingredients that make it Mexico’s best gastronomic destination.
