My name is Benjamin but everybody call me Benjy boy, I was born and raised in Mazatlán , love my city, which its name is La Perla del Pacifico, I have 22 years of experience working as license tour guide. What makes me a great tour guide is my way of being, my attitude, my knowledge, I have a good communication with clients all the time and I like to be in touch with them. In me free time I love to do sports such as baseball, I am a pitcher and I have been playing since I was 4 years old, I love surfing, I have traveled along the pacific coast of Mexico surfing and I was in heavenly places in Mexico on my surfing trips. Also I love going fishing, surf fishing, my favorite hunt is snook and red snappers and roster fish which I catch and release because is a great fighter. My biggest snook is 22 kilos (44 pounds), a red snapper of 28 kilos (56 pounds) and a rooster of 40 kilos (80 pounds). All of them from the shore, which surf fishing is very exited. My pasión of being a tour guide is because I can meet a lot of people from around the world, a lot of different cultures and I really enjoy doing my work as it brings the best out of me. I am so happy & proud to guide you through my city, our heritage, culture, traditions, one of the oldest cities on the pacific side, Mazatlán land of deer. I would love being your guide when you visit Mazatlan. I have 22 years of experience working as a license tour guide. In 2002 I got my permanent tour guide license (SECTUR). In 2012 I worked in los Cabos San Lucas for the G20, the most important presidents meeting in the world. In 2015 I drove the ex-president of Mexico Ernesto Zedillo Ponce de Leon and his family for a week in their Christmas vacations. I am a license tour guide. I have no restrictions at all as I have an official tour guide license issued by the Government that lets me guide tourist in all the federal, states and local areas.

Our gorgeous country side will be steps to the past, our old magical villages close to Mazatlan, El Habal, Puerto de Canoas and La Noria, these little towns they are very unique. Mazatlán the pearl of the pacific. The tour combine culture, sightseeing and history. I am very flexible and as it is a private tour we can combine your ideas and plan the tour, the most important thing is that you can have a great day in Mazatlán and my goal is make that happen. We can visit our main attractions such as the look out hill, the Fort Spanish, the cliff diver, the old Mazatlán with its old buildings, downtown area, you will have the opportunity to visit the main Cathedral and the traditional market, the shrimp market and at the end of the tour the golden zone which is the new area for shopping in the new Mazatlán or if you have something on your mind!

We loved our tour and we loved Benji. He is an amazing guide—so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Matzalan but always very professional. He totally wrapped the tour around our interests but made sure we saw everything. We really liked going into the charming countryside and wished we had even more time to explore. And we were so impressed with the city of Matzalan, especially the amazing Malecon and Old Town. But we really appreciated our very authentic tacos at a local cenaduria (local restaurant specializing in home cooking). Yum, yum. Thank you, Benji, for a memorable visit to Matzalan. Benji is a gregarious and knowledgeable guide who seems to know everybody wherever he goes. He took us into places like a shoe factory, cheese making facility, and saddlery that we wouldn't have even known existed. He also took us into several churches, giving us insightful histories about each one. I highly recommend this tour.

Benjamin was FANTASTIC. From the first moment of him RUNNING to get the van for us until the last minute of him stopping at THREE different stores to find something my mom was looking for, Benji will stop at nothing to make your trip happy & memorable. His energy is infectious. BEST TOUR GUIDE WE HAVE EVER HAD! The old villages tour was personal & away from the crowds (which we appreciated after being on a cruise ship all week). Tour is great; Benji is AMAZING!
