I’m originally from Quebec, Canada, and a passionate traveler at heart. Over the years, I’ve explored many parts of the world, including Europe and Africa, and lived in places such as Cuba, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, and different regions of Mexico. Travel has always been about connection, discovery, and meaningful experiences for me. What brings me the most joy is sharing special places with others and creating moments that feel authentic and memorable. I have more than 15 years of professional experience in tourism across Cuba, Mexico, and Canada. I worked for six years as a destination representative, welcoming travelers through meet and greets, managing hospitality desks, and leading tours. I later spent four years working with a receptive travel agency in Quebec, where I served as both an operations director and guide for organized trips and cruise travelers. For the past ten years, I have been guiding private and personalized experiences in La Paz, helping travelers discover the region in a personal and meaningful way. I first discovered La Paz 25 years ago, and from that very first visit, I felt a deep and unexpected connection to this place. Years later, it became my home. Every day I feel grateful to live surrounded by desert landscapes, the Sea of Cortez, and a lifestyle that invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature. Living here for many years has allowed me to discover special places and local corners that many visitors never see — quiet beaches, scenic viewpoints, small local spots, and authentic experiences that reflect everyday life in Baja. During my tours, I love sharing local stories, fun facts, and interesting little details about the places we visit, the flavors we taste, and the landscapes we explore together. As your guide, I want you to experience La Paz beyond the typical sightseeing. I don’t want you to simply visit beautiful places — I want you to see Baja California Sur through a local perspective, discovering hidden corners, natural landscapes, and authentic moments that help you feel connected to the place rather than just passing through as a tourist. La Paz is not only about what you see, but about how you experience each moment along the way. My goal is to create personalized experiences where you feel truly welcomed, as if you were visiting a longtime friend who is excited to share her favorite corners of La Paz with you. I look forward to welcoming you and creating a memorable experience during your time here.

This tour offers the perfect combination to discover three of the most iconic sides of La Paz in one memorable day. Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of Playa Balandra, relax at Playa El Tecolote, known for its authentic local beach atmosphere and fresh seafood of the day, and explore the heart of La Paz through its vibrant taco stands and everyday local life , ending with one of the city’s famously beautiful sunsets along the Malecón de La Paz. Having lived in La Paz for many years, I love sharing the region through my personal perspective, the places locals truly enjoy, the stories behind everyday life, and the relaxed Baja lifestyle that makes this destination so special. Every tour is private, flexible, and adapted to your pace and interests. My goal is not only to show you beautiful places, but to make you feel comfortable, welcomed, and connected to the real spirit of La Paz , as if you were exploring the region with a longtime local friend.
8:00 AM — Start like a local with fresh coffee or natural juice on one of my favorite streets in La Paz. We’ll ease into the day with relaxed conversation about expat life and the Baja culture, like friends exploring together. 9:00 AM — Taco time. Discover some of La Paz’s best authentic taco spots and taste incredible local flavors. 10:00 AM — Explore La Paz’s historic district with me. We’ll wander charming neighborhoods, learn fun local history, and share stories about life here as an expat. 12:30 PM — Scenic stop at Balandra viewpoint for breathtaking panoramic views, unforgettable photos, and one of Baja’s most iconic landscapes. 2:00 PM — Head to Playa El Tecolote for a beachfront lunch. Enjoy fresh seafood, beautiful Sea of Cortez views, and time to relax, swim, or simply soak in Baja’s peaceful energy. 5:00 PM — Return to La Paz. End the day with an ice cream at my favorite spot on the malecon.
