The first time in Kyoto

We were 2 families (9people) traveling with teens. Without Tadashi, we would have seen half of what we were able to see on the tour. He was efficient with time and very knowledgeable. We learned a lot and the kids enjoyed it as he presented just the right amount of info to engage them but not overwhelm. I can’t recommend him enough as a guide for Kyoto!

We had a wonderful time with Tadashi in our Kyoto walking tour, his knowledge of the area and its history made it more interesting. Kyoto has a lot to offer and Tadashi made sure we covered all the key spots. We had 3 teenagers in our group and he was able to keep them engaged for entire duration of the tour in spite of the heat. Would highly recommend using Tadashi as a guide.

Over two days, Tadashi provided us with two amazing and fully wheelchair accessible tours of Kyoto. From the bamboo forest to the golden pavilion and so much more, he helped us better understand the significance of Kyoto in Japan’s history while making sure every path that we took was accessible. There was never a time during our tour that we felt like we were missing out because of needing our tour to be wheelchair friendly.

Tadashi was everything we hoped our tour guide in Kyoto would be. He was super informative, but not only about the big attractions and their stories, but also about very interesting details that you don't always get from more formal tours. He was very approachable from the moment we met him and kept us interested and often laughing throughout the day. It was also great that he let us customize the attractions we wanted to see. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto!
