Full Day Kyoto highlight Tour

We had a wonderful experience with Rick as our guide in Kyoto. From the very beginning, he was very attentive to us and knew exactly how to adapt to our pace and what we needed at every moment. He gave us space when we wanted to rest, stay a little longer somewhere, or, on the contrary, move on to the next stop sooner. That flexibility made the tour very comfortable and allowed us to enjoy the city without feeling like we had to follow a rigid itinerary. Plus, he’s incredibly knowledgeable about Kyoto’s history and explained it to us in a way that was both interesting and relatable. He was always friendly, respectful, and made sure we were comfortable. We have wonderful memories of our visit, and we definitely recommend Rick to anyone who wants to explore Kyoto in a more in-depth yet enjoyable way.

We had a great 1.5 day custom tour with Rick. He was SO flexible, even agreeing to meet us at the train station so we could ensure we didn’t get lost. He made sure we saw the sites, sampled great food and left falling in love with Kyoto. By this stage in our trip we had seen so many temples, that we asked to restructure some of our scheduled stops and he was so flexible to make sure we loved this tour!

My family of four had an excellent time touring some of the key sites in Kyoto with Ryoichi (Rick). It was our first time in Kyoto, so going all around Kyoto by train, bus, and foot with Rick was a great way to get introduced to this beautiful city. Many thanks, Rick!
