My name is Zoher, but everyone calls me Zo. I’ve been living in Japan for over 31 years and guiding English-speaking visitors around Kansai for more than 20 years. I specialize in private, relaxed tours for cruise guests and travelers who value comfort, smooth pacing, and flexibility. Whether visiting Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, Kobe, or Himeji, each tour is tailored to your interests, energy level, and schedule—never rushed and never “one size fits all.” Some guests enjoy history and culture, others prefer scenic walks, hidden spots, or excellent local cuisine—most appreciate a thoughtful balance. As a multilingual guide with strong cross-cultural experience, I help you feel comfortable and confident while discovering Japan. Many guests say the day feels less like a tour and more like spending time with a knowledgeable local friend. That’s exactly the experience I aim to provide. I would be delighted to help you enjoy Kansai in a refined, relaxed, and memorable way. Important Information: I can accompany you inside historical monuments; however, I am not a nationally licensed guide. Tours are not covered by insurance.
