Kobe Highlight One Day Tour

Kobe city is located in the south part of Hyogo prefecture, and is the biggest city in the prefecture. It is characterized by a long district which spans from the east to the west, the port which forms a fan-shaped inlet, and the modern and western cultures in Japan. The city is between mountains and the ocean. Kobe port played an important role being one of five ports which were opened after the long isolation system in Japan. The city was influenced by western cultures and countries because of its location. On this tour, we will visit the beautiful Herb Garden which has herbs and many seasonal flowers. The view from the observatory is picturesque. Sorakuen is the beautiful Japanese garden where we can find the combination of the old history and the modern history in Kobe. Ikuta Shrine is an attractive Shinto shrine where we can enjoy remarkable orange gates and structures. The Port area called Meriken Park has a magnificent view of the ocean.
