What do you think is necessary to be a guide? Experience? License? Knowledge? Of course, they are more than important. I have been working as a tour guide for more than 25 years and I still think that Passion and Love are fundamental in this work. Without Passion and Love is not possible to explain anything. I consider myself very lucky because I still have the passion and the enthusiasm I had when I started this job and I am still surprised by the Beauty that surrounds me in all the Cities where I work: Venice, Verona, Vicenza, Padua, Treviso, Rovigo, and by the perfect and harmonic Architecture of all the Palladian and Venetian Villas. . . I think that a good guide has to love her land first. I am a curious traveller, I read a lot, I like music and I play the Celtic Harp, an instrument with an unbelievable power to heal me when something goes wrong and I feel down. When I do not work, I like travelling with my kids to find other treasures in Italy and in the World. The tours in my list are only basic tours and can be all customized according to your interests, requests and needs. If you have been already in the Veneto Region, do not be afraid to visit it again . . . . I can help you to discover new unexpected treasures . Choose an area that you would like to visit and contact me: I will customize your tour and give you the best solution. I work with professional drivers who can accompany us during the tour into different areas of the Veneto, villages and towns of good wine and food, and in the Venetian countryside not far from big cities in which it is possible to spend a different and amusing day, enjoying Arts and Crafts, Nature, local Cuisine and much more. My tours usually include everything and I can provide you with all information you may need about time, sites to visit, restaurants, museums, etc. A tour with me is a real occasion to discover the Region in a different way, not only because I am an experienced and professional guide, but also and above all, I work with passion and love for my land. I know the territory, even the smallest hidden treasures, and I know how to avoid the crowds, lines and noise. I also know how to make a tour extraordinary and memorable. It will be your personal, unique tour…and you will have another reason to come back to visit my Region. You have just to join me in this extraordinary visit of well known places and hidden treasures. Choose one or more tours from my list and contact me: it can be transformed into your new exclusive experience of Italy. Graduate of Ca'Foscari University, Venice. Situated between the Bacchiglione and Brenta Rivers, Padua is the home of one of the world's most prestigious universities. Galileo Galilei and Andrea Vesalio taught here centuries ago. In the Renaissance period, Padua became an epicenter for the development of art and architectural design, with many of the techniques still used in monuments, museums and buildings today. Donatello worked for almost ten years in Padua. His equestrian statue, Gattamelata, considered one of his masterpieces, influenced the bronze technique developed later by other local artists. Andrea Mantegna began his career in Padua, perfecting his art, before leaving for Mantova, and Giotto worked in the city for more than two years. Do not lose the chance to visit Padua with one of the most experienced and energetic guides! I look forward to meeting you here!

Outstanding tour, Deborah is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She tailored the tour to our interests and was patient and flexible with our late arrival due to train delays. Tour was stimulating and fun.

Deborah’s knowledge of Padua’s history made for a fascinating tour as she showed us the most important landmarks and weaved everything together to give us a comprehensive understanding of this interesting city. Deborah is a very professional guide.
We had a wonderful walk with Deborah in Padua. She made the walk fun and interesting, while at the same team teaching us about the history of the city and the country. I would do this again if we return, it was such a nice experience.
Get ready to really see a beautiful historical city with Deborah. She knows every inch of this delightful city and is so willing to share so many detaills! Very easy to see the highlights and if you are day tripping from Venice super easy and really worth it! Cannot say enough about the guide, Deborah , as well as the beautiful historical city.
-We'll wander through the picturesque streets, finally arriving at the Scrovegni's Chapel which contains Giotto's masterpiece. The lives of Jesus and the Virgin Mary are told through Giotto's newly created style of painting, based on narration and emotion. -Our next stop will be at the Church of the Eremitani where you will have the opportunity to admire one of the first works of the young Andrea Mantegna. -As we continue to wander through this area of the city, you'll also have a chance to visit the 13th century Palace of Reason located between Erbe and Frutta Squares, the Signori Square, and the University of Padua. -Brief stop at the elegant Caffé Pedrocchi. -The extraordinary Basilica of St. Anthony is just few minutes from the Squares. St. Anthony, a Portuguese priest and Franciscan friar, asked to be buried in the original small church dedicated to the Virgin Mary. -Thousands of visitors travel to Padua each year to honor his tomb and admire the masterpieces of Donatello and Giotto.
