For lunch we will try local eateries paired with an authentic spritz, our aperitivo, under the Palazzo della Ragione, the Medieval covered market place. In case of rain, no worries, you can walk for kilometers under the arcades in the city center.

We will meet me at the clock tower in Piazza dei signori, here you'll see the stunning astrological clock tower. Then head to the markets, we have 3 of them: one with fruits and vegetables, one with clothes and the the Medieval covered market place. Visit notable attractions like the University, where Galileo Galiei taught for 18 years. Stroll along the canals to the Tower La Specola, used once as observatory. No visit to Padova is complete without enjoying a real spritz in the market hall under Palazzo della Ragione.
