A 25 minute train ride from Tel Aviv takes you to my home town of Binyamina. There I will be waiting for you with my Luxury SUV. We will spend two hours discovering the fascinating port built by King Herod in 22BCE. It was later the home of Pontius Pilate. In the 11 century it became a major fortress for the Crusaders. After a lunch break we go for a short drive to discover Zichron Yaakov, one of the 1st towns built by the Zionist movement in 1882 by the French banker Edmond Rothschild. We will walk along the cobble stone streets and learn about the life of the pioneers. After a stop overlooking the sea you will return to catch the train back to Tel Aviv. This can be turned into a full day trip also visiting one of the local wineries.
