I am a licensed tour guide, qualified for tours in English, Italian, French and Hebrew. Born in Haifa, living in Tel Aviv, in love with Jerusalem. My original profession was in the theater, as director and teacher. I founded and directed the Aleph High School of Arts theater department, which I had directed for 29 years. Then, I fell in love with guiding in this remarkable country, and took early retirement to my own, and hopefully, my tourist's pleasure. In addition, I am an amateur cook and love good food and wine. Let me present you with the rainbow of cultures in this country and their long history and let's travel together through the parallel worlds of this land. Come with me to unconventional tours where I can share the wonderful world I had discovered. Please read and get inspired by my special tours, and we will build together a tour to suit your interests and wishes. Licensed tour guide reg. No. 11518 Israel Ministry of Tourism 2014 Specializing course in Christianity 2019. Ministry of Tourism. I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle, or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.

The ancient city of Jaffa, melancholy and picturesque on the Mediterranean, with its four thousand year-long history. It has re-emerged to become an up-beat cultural center for young Palestinians and Israelis alike, with top-rated restaurants and venues. Tel Aviv has been established only in 1909. We will visit the historic quarter with its quaint houses and through to the 1930s White City Modernist architecture ("International Style") part of the city with its Bohemian cafés and locales. This part of the city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is also the first "Hebrew" city: modern Hebrew had been reinvented and first taught to newborn babes in the early 1900s. I will share my personal story about this with you. Tel Aviv is Israel's cultural center, and renowned for its gastronomical variety - from ethnic street food to top-notch restaurants, and a vibrant club scene. We take pride in our liberal values, easy-going atmosphere and tolerance. We're becoming a world LGBT hub. We'll talk about that too.
We will meet a Jaffa's clock tower square and hear an intro then visit: •The Water fountains of Mohammad Aga outside the Mosque •Visit the Mahmoudiya Mosque (situation permitting) •Church of Saint Peter •A walk in the narrow alleys •Visit some galleries •See the excavations of the ancient Canaanite city •Walk into the Jaffa flea Market. •Lunch break either in Jaffa or Tel Aviv •Take a taxi to Rothschild Boulevard in Tel Aviv •Walk up to Habima National Theater, in Tel Aviv.
