Visit the famous royal family Temple of Mengwi & Tanah Lot Temple

Started early and we travelled far for visits to the Tanah Lot temple, another great lunch venue, the Ulun Danu Beratan temple (on the lake), and the expansive UNESCO heritage Jatiluwih rice terraces. Had an opportunity to fly (with the help of our savvy driver) my new mini drone over the rice terraces and got great footage! Was lucky with the heavy rain, which started after I took my photos or ended after I arrive at a destination! Dewa is always ever ready for the weather and she will carry the umbrellas along at every stop. Dewa was very accommodating to switch to another site before the start of the tour. I figured I preferred scenery to shopping at the busy Denpasar city.

Only 3 days in Bali, I choose Dewa based on the types of tours and good reviews. I was not disappointed I booked Jewel of Kintamnani Royal family temple Mengwi and Tanah Lot Traditional Village and mother temple All 3 tours were excellent. Dewa was a thoughtful, knowledgeable tour guide. She adapted well to requests and answered all my questions. Her driver was courteous and professional also with a comfortable AC vehicle Definitely recommend you use her for at least 1 tour if you are visit Bali

Our tour with Dewa was outstanding ... picking us up from cruise ship, putting luggage in car, touring several sites and then dropping us off at our hotel. We had been to Bali before so she was very attentive to show us other highlights, such as temples. She included stops that we suggested, such as silversmith, delicious lunch, and rural country home site for several generations. She was very accommodating and answered all questions. We've visited ~70 countries and used Tours by Locals extensively.

This is the 2nd of two tours my group had with Dewa during our trip in Bali. As a first timer in Bali, I enjoyed both tours with the all the beautiful and interesting sites that we visited. Her driver Nyoman safely drove us in his comfortable SUV along the scenic routes. Dewa was very informative on the sites we visited and on Bali/Indonesia in general. She helped in taking many of our photos. I would recommend using Dewa as a guide for anyone visiting Bali.

Dewa is an excellent guide. Customizes the trip to whatever you want and assists you with entry to temples and parks. Nyoman was an excellent driver as well, negotiating heavy traffic, multiple scooters and narrow windy roads. We highly recommend them both. We toured for 3 days and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you Dewa and Nyoman.

It was a great day for visiting the Uluwatu Temple to get some great pictures of the sunset view. Dewa was very flexible and accommodating, as usual Monkeys are everywhere and often very annoying. The Pandawa beach was beautiful, but the waves were too high for swimming due to strong wind that day. Jimbaran bay seafood restaurant was a great choice with a beautiful ocean view table.
