The best tour introduction of Bali is a combination of culture, art, and people, this tour offers all! We will drive to Celuk, and visit the local community of Tohpati village, where you will be explained the process of fine silver to become fine pieces, you'll see chunky, funky jewelry to finely detailed ornament pieces of gold and silver, and seeing how artisans work is always inspiring for we often take for granted. Next, we will visit a local family of woodcarvers and marvel at their creations. We'll enjoy lunch with a rice field view, where a delightful meal awaits you in a relaxing time. No tour to Ubud is complete without visiting the monkey forest, where monkeys roam freely from tree to tree and often come down to say hello, just like me always want to be free like them and be nice! The last stop is the Ubud Art Market, where you can shop until you drop! there are clothes, souvenirs of art, and remember that bargaining is a must here.
Putu was a great guide and very knowledgeable on the Hindu religion, history and customs. Along with a beautiful Hindu shrine, we went into the mountains to see the volcano and lake, a coffee and cocoa plantation with tastings, and the amazing rice fields on the side of the mountain.
Putu Is a great guide and very accommodating.He picked us up from the airport, took us to Mass on Sunday then took us to the dock to get on our Viking ship. Putu was informative about everything and was good to be around. We learned a lot about the culture from him. Thanks Robert and Kitty

We had a fantastic day with Putu. Very experienced and knowledgeable. We felt very safe with him. He took us to an amazing hindu temple where masses of Balinese hindus were lining up to wash their sins away. We visited a coffee plantation to taste various teas and coffees and to experience the famous Luwak coffee. My wife who never drinks coffee even enjoyed the tastings. We visited the king's palace and dressed in traditional Balinese clothing. Wherever we went Putu was able to answer all our questions.

Putu was a fantastic guide for us on our day in Bali. He was exceptionally flexible. We still saw the sites that were part of the tour, but he was flexible to allow us to do a few other things as well as a bit of shopping. I would highly recommend using him during your visit to Bali.
