Our tour with Kenny at Celukan Bawang was excellent. Even the constant and heavy downpours did not rain on our parade as we visited some amazing sights and learned about the north region of Bali and its history and culture. Kenny is so friendly and outgoing and he went to great lengths to assist a couple ladies in our group with their mobility issues. Without any hesitation we will book again with a Kenny when we return to Bali next year!
We booked Kenny well in advance of arriving in Bali and had to contact him several times to amend our group size and he was extremely accommodating He was punctual and waiting at the pier for our ship with a large air conditioned van ( which we needed) and plenty of bottle water Kenny took us to some of the great sights on the north of Bali and as well some more secret spots away from the swarms of tourists (like us) We saw temples, waterfalls, monkeys, incredible vistas and he found a spectacular lunch spot with an incredible view and a cooler breeze We enjoyed his information and helpfulness so much we booked him for 3 more days once we arrived in Bali port
What a wonderful adventure out of Celukan Bawang. Kenny Ketut met us at 7:00 as soon as we got off the ship, and away we went. We were impressed by how flexible Kenny is, as he wisely took us first to the Ulundanu Beratan lake temple early in the morning before the tour bus crowds showed up, and we had the beautiful temple grounds mostly to ourselves. He also managed to get us to the UNESCO Jatiluwih rice terraces at a quiet time of day where he also led us to a wonderful restaurant for lunch. On the way to the Munduk waterfall, he stopped along the road where a troop of long-tailed macaques were gathered and Kenny even provided peanuts so we could interact with the monkeys! What impressed us most about Kenny’s tour was the quiet harmony of rural Bali. For a chance to enjoy the quiet, natural beauty of Bali, we would highly recommend Kenny Ketut’s tours
