What an amazing day. we were picked up at the cruise terminal on time by Adnyana D. He filled us in on history, culture and religion of Bali and he took us to many incredible sites. We started at a Batik factory where we saw the process used to make the cloth. From there, we went to a temple where we saw a folk story told through dance. Considering it was pouring rain, I give much credit to these wonderful dancers and musicians. After that we went to a silversmith, a coffee pnatation and then lunch at ma local restaurant. In the afternoon we went to the Monkey sanctuary and the butterfly pavilion. Our guide made this tour amazing and I highly recommend both the tour and the guide. Note: admission to the play, monkey sanctuary are not included, but it came to about $7 for each in American currency.
