The Golden Triangle - comprising the cities of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur - is the most popular circuit in India. It provides perfect opportunity to see the best of India, in a short period of less than a week! The metropolis Delhi, consisting of both New Delhi and Old Delhi, is a fascinating place with spectacular historical buildings, colorful and vibrant bazaars (including the biggest spice market of Asia!). Agra, once the capital of the mighty Mughal Empire, is home to the Taj Mahal - the most famous building of India. While Jaipur, known popularly as the 'pink city of India', was the centre of the Hindu Royal Family of Jaipur, and the descendants of the Maharaja still live here. The tour is fully customizable as per your convenience. Day 01: Enjoy a full day tour of Delhi - combining both Old and New Delhi. Highlights today include India's largest mosque Jama Masjid, historic bazaars (with Asia's biggest spice market), bicycle rickshaw ride in narrow alleys, and Humayun's Tomb, a UNESCO heritage site. Overnight in Delhi. Day 02: Drive to Agra (250km/ 04 hours approx. ), see the 16th century citadel Agra Fort (UNESCO heritage site) and sunset over Taj Mahal from the other side of the river. Overnight in Agra. Day 03: Visit iconic Taj Mahal over sunrise, when it is glowed in the pink rays of the rising sun. Later, drive to Jaipur (250km/ 05hrs approx. ) with the option of visiting Fatehpur Sikri en route. Overnight in Jaipur. Day 04: Explore Jaipur, including the UNESCO enlisted pink city area and the hilltop fortress of Amber. Other highlights include Hawa Mahal, Jantar-Mantar observatory and the magnificent City Palace Museum complex. Overnight in Jaipur. Day 05: Departure.
