Hello, My name is Carine and I'm a tour guide both for the city of Strasbourg and for other towns and villages around it. The Alsace region is beautiful and full of history. I'm passionate about travel myself. Every year, I choose a new destination and spend a month discovering a new country. I've also lived in other foreign countries such as Spain, England and Germany. It's thanks to this passion that I became a tour guide. I'm originally from the south of France and have been living in Strasbourg for 14 years. I have two Franco-German children. They have dual nationality and speak both languages fluently. My wish was for them to grow up in both cultures. I had heard about Strasbourg, came to visit the city and immediately fell in love with the place. For me, after Paris, it's the most beautiful city in France. The architecture is simply incredible. Visiting a city you don't know is not always easy, especially if you don't speak the local language. During my visits, I offer what I myself look for on my travels: - discover the must-sees - learn about the culture and traditions of the locals, - ear the most interesting stories, - discover places I'd never have known about if I hadn't taken a guide, - be amazed, - create absolutely fantastic memories. I offer different tours: - Food & Drink: visits to wine regions such as Obernai, Mittelbergheim, Riquewihr and Colmar, - Strasbourg highlights tour, - historical tours, such as a private full-day trip from Colmar to Alsace, including a visit to Haut Koenigsbourg castle and hidden villages along the Alsace wine route. Of course, I can adapt to all your wishes, because it's your vacation, and the most important thing for me is that you leave with wonderful memories.
