Walking tour of historic Lille

Gaelle is knowledgeable, & friendly. We enjoyed hearing the (complex) history of Lille in an easy-to- follow manner. She was happy to point out restaurants & cafes & answer questions. Fun 2 hours Minor point - could have used some extra info on what else not to miss but 2 hours was up

Great explanations, friendly welcome. Very interesting historical tour of Lille. We're Belgian, so quite familiar with the history of what was known as the Flanders, and still found it very instructive. allowing us to see the old center of Lille through a deeper lens. I defintely do recommend.

Gaelle showed us around Lille in a very interesting tour, very knowledgeable about its history, culture, and some fun facts . Very friendly and open to answer all our questions. A perfect way to start our stay in the city !

Very much enjoyed the guided tour by Gaelle. Speaks perfect English and gave us a really Interesting account of the history of Lille delivered with enthusiasm and a touch of fun and humour. Gaelle is an personable and informative guide. She pointed out many interesting details which we never would have noticed had we been walking around Lille by ourselves. This tour is highly recommended, especially for a first time visitor to Lille.
