All over the world, Auschwitz has become a symbol of terror, genocide, and the Holocaust. It was established by Germans in 1940, in the suburbs of Oswiecim, a Polish city that was annexed to the Third Reich by the Nazis. Its name was changed to Auschwitz, which also became the name of Konzentrationslager Auschwitz. A visit to Krakow is a meeting with the most glorious era in Polish history. Krakow's Old Town, along with Wawel Castle and the city's Kazimierz district were placed on the First World Heritage List, created by UNESCO in 1978 and ofcourse Jewish ghetto and Oskars Schindlers factory! You don't need to pack too much, so let's go for a trip !
Your Prague tour itinerary
I will pick you up at an agreed time at your hotel or apartment. Usually at 7:30 in the morning. Suggestion for a day trip The destination Auschwitz-Birkenau is about 450 km/290 miles and takes almost 5 hours. Upon arrival at Auschwitz , you will have a tour of the concentration camp for about 3 - 4 hours at two locations. ( Auschwitz and Birkenau ) The Auschwitz management does not allow the external guides to lead the tour of the site .. only their internal guides provided and this services are included in the ticket price. In any case, I can go on the tour with you and provide you with the necessary personal assistance. The drive back to Prague again takes another almost 5 hours. To see and visit Krakow is meant more as two-day trip with overnight stay or scenic transfer from Prague thru Auschwitz and then drop off in Krakow Pls let me know which option you like A day trip or a two day trip with an overnight stay in Krakow or A to B destination transfer Prague - Krakow ( with Auschwitz stop)
