Dear travel lovers, I am Martin, born in previous century (1984), but still fit and prepared to make your unforgettable experience in the Czech Republic or around. From my 17th I started to explore the beauty of traveling - I took my bag and get for the 1st time to Egypt. After my Egyptologist experience I decided to continue travel every summer holiday to one new country. So that I visited during my archaeology and history/psychology teaching study many countries around planet Earth, from Orkney Islands, Great Britain, Turkey, Vietnam, New Zealand, etc. As the National representative of Erasmus Student Network of Czech Republic I was every month in the air over the Europe, representing my country and people at the conferences, enjoying parties and various experiences! But I always got happy home to see my family & friends and beautiful fatherland. Thanks to my interest in traveling, marketing, people and business I started to lead and guide people as a tourist guide, organiser of the international summer languguage school, tour operator of school trips, or as a founder of travel agency - I want to show the incomers how wonderful this small state is, how big are the hearts of the Czechs, collapse some myths, got my clients in love with. My study of archaeology and history cannot be better training for the archaeo- and historical guided tours and experience! You will hear and see things that the others doesn't know, you will really touch the ancient heritage of Czech lands! I would like to invite you to taste with me the best from the Czech Republic, it's culture, delicacies, and people. There is not only Prague as one of the most beatiful cities in the world. We have beutiful spa cities as a Carlsbad, Marienbad, capital of beer Pilsen, little jewel of Southbohemia Cesky Krumlov, awesome castles like Karlstejn or Hluboka nad Vltavou. . . . If you are interested in other cities, places, nature and animals, Czech cuisine, culture or sport, don't hesitate to contant me and I will tell you more. There are no words which can describe the uniqueness of the Czech capital - you need to get to see this personally from archaeological view! We will walk through the oldest places at Republika and Wenceslas square, througt the side streets we will discover Old Town square and Jewish quarter. You will see Charles Bridge underneath. We will check Lesser Town and Prague Castle sites that none of tourists knows but the old Czech kings knew them! You will taste traditional food, drink Czech beer and listen the best sounds and stories from me - local guide and archaeologist with 1/2 of family living there (since my childhood I was coming with my grandparents and parents to the night "wild life" Prague to Hot Dog place that I will take you;). Our Prague experience is one of those charming tours that everyone should enjoy at least once in a lifetime!
Martin was a wonderful guide around the beautiful city of Prague--we are definitely so glad that we found him here! He is knowledgable, kind and has a true passion for the history and people of the Czech Republic. If I were in the area again, I would (and will) hire him again for further touring--he's that good!
Martin M provided us with two excellent tours. We had a 4 hour tour called Prague, "The Best Half Day Experience" which Martin modified for us to include some of the World War ll historical sites. His commentary was so very interesting and all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our time.
We liked Prague, but we loved Martin! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Martin. He was very flexible (appreciate this!) and for that he deserves a special thanks. We had a great day there, even in the rain. Martin has such a warm personality. We truly enjoyed walking through Prague. The proper Czech lunch at the end was a great way to end the tour. The atmosphere really felt like home to all of us. All respect for Martin who does a great job; a true sample of excellent tour guide!
Prague has preserved its rich history through the walls of the building's architecture. The city's prevalence of its love for music and arts can be seen in every streets and alleys. The tour by local is a surprise for me, that i can know so much of place, and see the place at the eye's of a local. Martin high knowledge and love for prague keeps me in awe how a place can be amazing and inviting. This was a short trip but was worth the stop. Highly recommend to take the tour with Martin.

Our half day starts in the Old town or at the Prague castle depending on your wish (and accommodation). In both case we don't miss the best of Prague's archaeology and history. - 0:00 Republika Square - 0:45 Wenceslas Square (the largest square in the Czech republic with jumps in the passages and galleries) - 1:15 Prague Astronomical Clock (show you MUST TO) - 1:35 Old Town Square (admire the ancient gems from outside and inside) - 2:05 Old Jewish Quarter (with old fairy tales and legens with views over the fences) - 2:35 Charles Bridge (under/over) - 3:00 River Side - 3:15 Lesser Town - 3:45 Prague Castle (outside/inside) - 4:15 Castle Gardens - 4:30 end of our tour Times can vary as well according to your interest. You can take pictures & videos at will. Of course I am flexible and we can customize every tour in order to accommodate any specific needs or wishes.
