Prague Castle Walking Tour with a Local

If I could give Filip 5,000 stars instead of just five, I would! The character limit is too short to adequately describe how wonderfully Filip supported our experience, from first contact all the way to the end. We were a family group of one adult and two teenagers hoping for an engaging, personalised tour, and Filip exceeded every expectation. His pre-tour communication was prompt and reassuring, and his depth of historical knowledge brought everything to life. One teenager had a specific interest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 and the other teen enjoys history and languages and Filip clearly adapted the tour to our interests, which was fantastic. He was incredibly flexible, even when our train arriving into Prague was 2.5 hours late, throwing our whole schedule off kilter. He even helped us rearrange our glassblowing workshop when I couldn't get through to the studio. He was wonderfully attentive to our pace, and kept everyone thoroughly captivated. The teenagers both thought he was easy to talk to and responded to his style (even the introvert). He adapted on the fly when he realised that one of the teens was interested in maps and following along with our route. He was punctual and timed everything out perfectly - delivering us where we needed to be at the exact time we needed to be there. Filip was the absolute highlight of our trip—do not hesitate to book him. I really recommend taking a private tour to see Prague and you cannot get better than Filip.

We had a great tour with Filip. His English is excellent and his knowledge and enthusiasm was contagious. Despite it being a cold and snowy January day, he kept us entertained, informed and engaged the entire tour. He was very flexible about last minute changes to the time of the tour and was very responsive to my questions about the tour and the city before we even arrived. Definitely a 5-star tour. I highly recommend this tour or any tour Filip offers.

Filip was fantastic. He was prompt and varied the tour schedule since we had already seen some of his planned stops. He took us to a few unplanned visits. His knowledge of the area and history was very thorough. Afterwards he gave us a fantastic dinner recommendation. The meal was perfect.

Group size 2: He personalized the tour content to our interest in history. The afternoon start time was adjusted to meet all our schedules for the standard Prague Castle tour. We chose Filip because of his credentials, work as a practicing teacher, and his certification for the tours that we wanted. He could discuss the implications of what we were seeing. He is personable, friendly, and has a sense of humor. He exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful and educational experience all around. A+
