Overview of your Prague tour
An easy trip not far from the center of Prague Karlštejn Castle, a Gothic gem about 30 km southwest of metropol center, was built in 1348 by Charles IV to preserve the precious crown jewels and holy relics. The adjacent village of Karlštejn was founded at the same time as the famous castle, but was called Budy after the simple dwellings in which the people lived. Today, it is an attractive retreat with many restaurants, antique and souvenir shops and a convenient hike not far from town. Nearby is a natural attraction called "America", an abandoned flooded limestone quarry reminiscent of the American canyons.

It's great fun not only for children but also for adults - excursion of the Gothic castle - walk downhill through the village of Karlstein with the option of a snack or lunch of traditional Czech cuisine - possible stop and walk around the abandoned flooded limestone quarry called America. - a stop and a walk through the picturesque nature around the castle - the pilgrimage site Svatý Ján pod skalou We can rearrange full itinerary upon your requirements. We will finish at your hotel or some other place back in Prague
