Did you experience Cold War? Have you been in the most protected nuclear weapon shelter in Czechoslovakia? We have for you plenty of such communism relics and remnants in the Czech Republic. Me? Yes! So together with our contemporary witnesses will lead you around the bunkers, barracks and museum full of USSR fighters, helicopters and aircraft to one of the most restricted Cold War zone (btw. there is 7°C in the summer time as well, so take warm jacket) - full of wide range and high quality of exhibits, which make this site one of the most protected nuclear weapons museums in the world. You will lie on the plank bed as Russian soldier. You will smell the cold war at every step (except restaurant;). You will hear about the Red Telephone - direct line from Prague Castle to Moscow Kremlin. You will feel the nuclear power and fear in the walls, but don't worry - our experienced guides will always keep you save and positive!
- 0:00 pick-up at Prague - 1:00 ariving to Brdy Military Zone (since 1989 we can stop there & go out of the car in the non-mined areas) - 1:30 Strašice cold war sightseeing tour (walking & driving through interesting places, checking barracks & museum) - 3:00 visiting Atom Museum (the most protected nuclear weapon shelter in Czechoslovakia, outside & inside all sences tour) - 5:00 lunch/break (in original Czech non-touristic restaurant with traditional & modern cuisine) - 6:30 air park museum (full of helicopters, fighters, USSR & Czechoslovakian aircraft) - 8:30 departure to Prague - 10:00 ariving back to your place of stay Of course I am flexible and we can arrange the points of your interest in our itinerary and schedule. Times can vary as well according to your interest. You can take pictures & videos at will. We can customize every tour in order to accommodate any specific needs or wishes.
