The Essential Vancouver Tour Half Day

Our city tour with Guler was the perfect way to see all the iconic places in Vancouver in a limited time. It was just the right combination of history, sightseeing, and stops for photographing. G was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us great recommendations for other activities and restaurants. I highly recommend this city tour and just wish we’d had more time to visit sights outside the city with her.

This was a great tour since we had never been to Vancouver and wanted to spend part of the first day getting to know the city to see where we wanted to further explore. It exceeded our expectations! Gular was a perfect hostess. It is obvious she has a passion for Vancouver and loves the city and put it on wonderful display for us. The places we visited were exactly the ones we had on our list. Keep in mind that this is not a deep exploration of any particular location. It's a nice way to hit many places in four hours so you can plan the rest of your trip accordingly. Gular was an excellent driver and her car was comfortable. I highly recommend this tour.

G was a terrific host of her city. Her driving tour of Vancouver was just the right amount of information, the right amount of stops and wandering time and gave my wife and I a real appreciation for this terrific location. G was kind enough to recommend eating places for us and even called to make reservations for us. We would recommend her, highly, for anyone looking for a tours by local guide.

G was a great tour guide. We learned a lot of interesting facts about Vancouver and saw a lot of nice places. The scenery was beautiful.

Guler was flexible in adjusting the the schedule and sites to visit. She was knowledgeable about Vancouver area and First Nation history and provided history and antidotes. Her stray comment towards the end of the tour dampened the experience.

G was a fantastic tour guide for us, and we loved the microphone setup she used in the car--it made hearing her so much easier! G first told us about how Vancouver treats its First Nation residents and about their contributions to the area. We went to Stanley Park to see the Totem replicas and do some shopping. Those totems are awesome! G pointed out the highlights of the downtown area, including architecture. We saw the beaches and had a good bit of time walking around Granville Island. So much fun!
