Luxury Vancouver/ North Shore City Excursion

This is an amazing tour and Sandy is a wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide! Our cruise disembarked in Vancouver and we had the red eye flight so we had a full day tour. Sandy met us at the pier and her vehicle was able to hold all of our luggage and us comfortably ( 4 adults) . Throughout the tour, she adjusted where we went based on weather conditions and what we were interested in seeing. She knows Vancouver inside and out and is great in telling the history of the area. If you’re looking for a tour while visiting Vancouver, you cannot go wrong with this tour or any tour led by Sandy!

Sandy was amazing. Our family love her energy, her knowledge of Vancouver and her willingness to alter the tour to meet our needs. She was a ball of energy who clearly loved the city and its environs. She was flexible while keeping us on the run. Only wish we had more time to spend at each stop. So much to see and makes me want to go back to Vancouver and see more with Sandy as our guide.

Sandy was absolutely amazing! Best tour ever. She was so quick to respond to emails. She was right on time to get us (early actually and since we are that way too we knew we were off to a great start). We feel like we saw so so much in 8 hours...bridges, waterfalls, gondolas, bears, harbors with a great lunch and gelato!!!...we can't wait to come back to Vancouver! Thank you Sandy!

A beautiful day in Vancouver, and a wonderful full-day tour with Sandy!!! First, it was very simple to arrange the tour through Tours By Locals including pre-tour communications directly with Sandy including meeting arrangements before the actual tour. We (husband and wife each around 80) arrived in Vancouver via cruise ship, disembarked by walking off with luggage and through Customs to the P1 level of Canada Place. We then contacted Sandy via phone and were picked up by her in her beautiful Mercedes Benz SUV within minutes and out of Canada Place shortly before 8:00am. By the way, this approach means you do not have to try and meet your pick up outside on the busy streets subject to various weather and transportation issues. After a full day, we were dropped off at the airport after 5:00pm. So what about the 8 hours in between 8:00am and 5:00pm. To say the least, we covered the listed itinerary/agenda and enjoyed every part of the day. Sandy was prompt, professional, pleasant, knowledgable, organized and very personable. The various activities from Capilano and Grouse Mountain to Glanville Island and Stanley Park and everything in between provide a great overview of the Vancouver area and in a relaxing way not having to be concerned about transportation, luggage storage, directions and when and what to visit. In the middle of the day, we were able to have a delicious relaxing outdoor lunch together. This is not a tour where the tour director drops you off and picks you back up in a few hours. Sandy is with you in every activity and in every stop providing information, directions and answering any and all questions. We highly recommend Sandy and this tour. A great weather day, a beautiful city, and a great personable tour guide.
