Hey there! I’m Brian, and I can't wait to introduce you to the stunning natural beauty of Vancouver and the surrounding Pacific Northwest. My passion for the outdoors is my profession. I’ve been guiding travellers for six years and have worked in the backcountry of British Columbia for over a decade. I started my guiding career at the exclusive Clayoquot Wilderness Lodge, where I honed my skills in providing exceptional, personalized service. I'm also educated in the local ecosystem, having obtained a Bachelor's of Environmental Science from British Columbia's top university, UBC. For the past two and a half years, I’ve been successfully running my own tour company, specializing in immersive, high-quality private experiences. I truly believe this is the best part of the world, and I pride myself on sharing its history, ecology, and breathtaking views in a way that is friendly, informative, and memorable. I don’t just love sharing this place; I'm qualified to do so safely. I hold my (PT) License, possess numerous outdoor certifications, and have my own liability insurance, giving you peace of mind that you're in expert hands.

Immerse yourself in the wilderness of the Pacific Northwest, just moments away from the city of Vancouver. On this tour, we'll be travelling through Vancouver's famous Stanley Park towards the North Shore, where we will explore my favourite parks: Lynn Canyon and Lighthouse Park. Lynn Canyon hosts a jaw-dropping suspension bridge spanning over a waterfall that leads right into the park. Together we'll explore the local ecosystem and enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the canyon along well-maintained trails and boardwalks. On the other hand, Lighthouse Park sits right on the Pacific Ocean and hosts some of Vancouver's last remaining old-growth forests, allowing us to explore underneath thousand-year-old giants. Keep your fingers crossed for whale sightings as Lighthouse Park is one of the top shore-based whale watching locations around! Also if we were lucky enough to do this tour with a low tide at Howe Sound, we might access its rocky beach which is another great spot for wildlife viewing!
-After pick up, we'll proceed to drive through Stanley Park, taking the scenic route along the ring road and over the Lions Gate Bridge towards the North Shore. -We'll later enter Lynn Canyon Park, where we'll cross a suspension bridge on arrival. -We'll proceed to complete a figure eight loop circuit through the park, exploring crystal clear swimming holes (feel free to go for a dip if you dare!) and plenty of canyon views, all within a temperate rainforest. -After exploring Lynn Canyon, we'll stop for lunch on our way to Lighthouse Park at a local spot. -On arrival to Lighthouse Park; we'll walk down well-maintained trails towards the ocean and get to see the old lighthouse, contemplating the scenery towards the city of Vancouver and the entrance to Howe Sound. -Finally, we'll drive back to where I picked you up from and say our goodbyes.
