Hello, everyone. I am Conrad - one of Ottawa's most experienced tour guides (over 500 tours with TBL), certainly Ottawa's most reviewed guide. As a home-town boy who has lived here for over 60 years, I can say I am known for clear and correct knowledge of the history of Ottawa and environs. We will see the big highlights of the nation's capital . Parliament Hill . the Rideau Canal . ByWard Market . . Sussex Drive . Rideau Hall And we will fit in whatever else (and there is lots) to see in the time we have. If you are okay with travelling by electric stand-up scooter, we can see a lot more. These are available for rent right on the Sparks St mall, only a 9 iron shot distance from the War Memorial. We would get the scooters at the start of the tour. I do not cover the cost of rental.
Great tour by Conrad. He was very informative about Ottawa and the surrounding area. Loved the stories about how bridges, etc got their names. A very relaxed and enjoyable 2 hours.. Picked us up on time and left us at our destination on time. Thanks He would be a top marks - 5 out ot 5
The tour was excelent. Conrad guided us in his car thru the city and we got the opportunity to see the most important places, buidings and embasies . He explained about the relationship with the british monarchy and it was very intresting he gave us complete explanations. He showed us the channel and the river and took us to the Canada history Museum for an excelent view of the parliament. He was allways very funny and had very good stories.
The tour was amazing and exactly what we were looking for in the short 2 hours we had available. Connie was extremely knowledgeable about historic events and even brought in some humor that kept the teens interested. Highly recommend this tour guide!

The Short Version tour gives you the highlights of the longer tours, but with less time for walkabout so we can get the most of Ottawa for you.
