Hi, my name is Arthur and welcome to Rio Grande do Sul. I was born and raised in Porto Alegre, our capital, and know the city very well, as I live here for a long time and did some tours for foreign visitors, artists and friends, and they all liked it very much. I speak portuguese and english, studied Comunnications (Public Relations) and I like to travel a lot, meet new people, new cultures. I love art, movies, music and they inspire me everyday. I work with events as well, organizing seminars, fairs, festivals and concerts. I did recently a tourism guide course and I'm looking forward to show my city and other interesting places in my region for new tourists and let them know a little bit of our history, culture and hospitality. National/South America Tour Guide - ETEC Paula Souza - SP Bachelor in Communications (Advertising and Public Relations) - UFRGS Degree in advanced english - ICBNA - RS I don't drive but I have different options of cars and drivers with partners I work with.

What makes Gramado one of the most sought-after destinations in Brazil? It's something you discover only when we are there. Maybe it's because you feel in another place that differs from what we imagine about the country? Well, Gramado is really unique: full of divine places to visit, restaurants to go, there are things that you just find there like cafe colonial (it's an all you can eat breakfast), its fondue or maybe its chocolate, everything you taste there and feel a special way that the city receives its visitors is going to stay in your memory. Gramado is full of events during the year, so it's a place that's always full of life, with things happening like the film festival (August), the Natal Luz (Christmas festival), there's always human heat! Every time I go there it feels like the first time, as the city is always full of surprise, you'll really have the sensation of its European atmosphere, walking in its streets, having hot cocoa, entering the fog, you're gonna wish to live there!
Take the road and go to Canela (it's a 2-hour distance from Porto Alegre), during the trip we can see the beautiful mountains of Serra Gaucha (how it's called here) Arriving in Canela, we're gonna visit: - Parque Cascata do Caracol - a park with a breathtaking view of Caracol falls - Catedral de Pedra - located downtown it's all made of stones Go to Gramado (a 20-minute distance from Canela) Arriving in Gramado we can have lunch in a special place and then visit: - Mini Mundo - an all miniature place with cities from all over the world - Lago Negro- a lake surrounded by beautiful nature where we can ride in a pedalinho (a kind of aquatic bicycle) - Take a walk at the main street where we can visit the Igreja da Matriz (a traditional church in the middle of the city), Rua Coberta (a 'covered street' full of bars and bistros), lots of different shops. Then take the vehicle and go back to Porto Alegre. This is a suggested itinerary. I can customize it based on your preferences. Send me a message
