Hi, my name is Arthur and welcome to Rio Grande do Sul. I was born and raised in Porto Alegre, our capital, and know the city very well, as I live here for a long time and did some tours for foreign visitors, artists and friends, and they all liked it very much. I speak portuguese and english, studied Comunnications (Public Relations) and I like to travel a lot, meet new people, new cultures. I love art, movies, music and they inspire me everyday. I work with events as well, organizing seminars, fairs, festivals and concerts. I did recently a tourism guide course and I'm looking forward to show my city and other interesting places in my region for new tourists and let them know a little bit of our history, culture and hospitality. National/South America Tour Guide - ETEC Paula Souza - SP Bachelor in Communications (Advertising and Public Relations) - UFRGS Degree in advanced english - ICBNA - RS I don't drive but I have different options of cars and drivers with partners I work with.

Bento is a little gem in Rio Grande Do Sul, a place to go any time of the year. The city is our piece of Toscana, with amazing wine production and the heritage of the Italian immigrants, who brought its culture and taste for the good and well-prepared food to make the perfect combination with its wine. This private tour is a food & drink experience, as we'll know some of its wineries, with gorgeous views at the Vale do Vinhedos (Winery Valley). The Vinhedos is a road in the middle of Bento, where the people keep some of their ancestor's skills for producing the best wines in Brazil, and tasting them is magical, especially in the place where they are made. We are going to some of its best wineries, taste their wines, know a bit of their production, how they achieve its excellency, the mix of flavours, feeling each wine's characteristics and its bouquet, what an experience.
- Meet at Porto Alegre to go to Bento Gonçalves (2-hour distance) - Drive to Vale dos Vinhedos (Wineries Valley) - Stopping in some of the best wineries in the region, there are lots of options like Vinicola Miolo, Casa Valduga, Don Laurindo, and much more. Some of these places have special visit possibilities, with wine tasting, knowing how the wine is produced, walk into their plantation of grapes; with the best choices to make this journey special. The Bento wines are the best in Brazil. Their sparkling wines are internationally recognized. - Take the road to Caminhos de Pedra (Stone Way) - Lunch at a restaurant with local food, there are great options like gelaterias (chicken and side dishes), colonial food, with Italian influences with pasta, polenta, risotto, and more. - Knowing some restaurants, cafes, specialty places that produce cheese, salami, tomato-based products, desserts, there are options for all kinds of taste. - Return drive Please do not hesitate to contact me for customization.
