Hi! I'm Amy. I have a wide range of work experience, such as a professional tour guide in Kyoto, an ALT in elementary and junior high schools in Japan, an English-Thai translator for NHK core Kyoto program, a flight attendant for three international airlines, inbound, outbound and domestic tour guide during my university studies in Thailand. I believe I'm the best fit for this job because of the skills and expertise to deal with people and communication abilities. I also love service, meeting people and traveling to different places. Amy gave a highly energetic and fun tour of several temples and shrines (including Tenryu ji Zen temple and gardens), the bamboo forest, and, the kimono forest. Amy took many photos of us and always made sure to get the best photo possible. It was a great tour!

Amy was great and very knowledgeable. She is an expert on Buddhism which really made the temple tours very helpful. She knows a lot about Kyoto and the sites we went to. While touring the temple we stopped in shops to see the best local pricing. We had a great time on our tour and learned a lot. We would highly recommend.
