Bob was very personable. He conveniently took us around the city as planned. At his request we suggested modifications which he readily adopted. For those qualities, I could easily rate 5 stars. However, he did not have detailed knowledge of items he showed us and even missed one or two that _I_ pointed out and used Google to inform HIM.
