World War 2 Singapore History Tour- A Heritage Trail (Transportation Included)

We came to Singapore in March 2024 as my Mother and Father met their in 1946 and were married near the Air Force base in Changi. We needed a guide with specific knowledge of that area to help us explore and perhaps be able to find some sights, places etc. that my Parents would have known. We were blessed with Phil; he made the tour very special and very emotional as we found where my Parents lived, the old Officers Mess and the area they would have known. I cannot recommend Phil highly enough- Fantastic!

Super tour and guide. The WWII side was very informative. We also got a view of all sides of Singapore from north to south and learned a lot about the society and culture of Singapore as well as the financial aspects of living there.

We combined this tour with Phil's specialty Jewish SIngapore tour, so we were able to spend the whole day with this wonderful, charming and extremely knowledgeable guide. We toured the places where the British made the decision to surrender to the Japanese in 1942, and the Ford Factory where the surrender took place. Both are well-designed museums. We also saw the British cemetery. We would not have missed this experience (oh, and we also passed by some Crazy Rich Asian sites -- a bonus)!
