I was born and raised in Alaska like my mother before me. I grew up traveling the state with my father as he worked on construction sites as an engineer. I have a B. A. in political science from the University of Alaska and there is little I don't know about Alaska history and culture. I am part Native-Alaskan (some people call them Eskimo) and know much about that part of my family tree. I am proud to be Alaskan and enjoy sharing my knowledge of the Great Land with visitors from all over the world. We had a blast with Ryan. His van was very spacious and clean. It was a wonderful end to our trip in Alaska. We did an individualized tour in the evening for 7. He picked us up at our hotel in Seward at 3:30pm. We requested that there would be hikes to waterfalls. We saw much more. Saw salmons, mountain goats, moose, and baluga whales. Had a wonderful barbecue at his home near the airport. Then he dropped us at the airport in Anchorage for our flights home.
